Hi Nicole. Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed your St Kilda Library talk. You are so interesting – don’t know how you managed it after starting the day in Brisbane! It was nice seeing your husband too – so supportive (and cute too – well done)! I’m looking forward to getting your book and am hoping you may be able to autograph it the next time I come to one of your events. (I’m still laughing over the comments on the Guardian site about your piece on hosiery. Who would have thought it would be that controversial? There are some very strange Brits).
