Vintage Fair: Williamstown Nov 08

Last Saturday morning in the rain I went to the latest Melbourne Vintage Clothing Fair, held at Williamstown Town Hall. My very glamourous date for the event was Super Kawaii Mama (you can read her post about the fair here).

The Way We Wear Fairs – Williamstown soon

The next Melbourne Vintage Clothing Fair is being held at the Williamstown Town Hall on the 22nd and 23rd of November. Full information can be found at the Way We Wear Fair’s website. This year’s theme is “I Do Like To Be Beside The Seaside” in honour of the beautiful location.

Phar Lap the Wonder Horse

Today is Melbourne Cup Day and local writer Jackie Kerin has launched her new childrens book “Phar Lap the Wonder Horse”, illustrated by Patricia Mullins.
We were pleased to be able to help Jackie with a suitable outfit for the book launch – a natty vintage houndstooth suit, accessorised with gloves, hat and brooch.
