[Talk] Bridal fashions of the 20th century

Hello,

Another talk next week! This one is part of the National Trust’s Australian Heritage Festival.

From the site:

Join Nicole Jenkins as she presents an illustrated talk on changing bridal fashions of the 20th century: from the radical flappers of the ’20s to the return to romance in the 2000s.

Accompanied by archival images and original wedding gowns, the talk will include discussion on fabrics and how to care for your historical gown. Nicole is the award-winning author of books ‘Style is Eternal’ and ‘Love Vintage’ and runs Melbourne vintage clothing shop Circa. A costume designer by trade, she’s currently studying her Master’s degree in Cultural Heritage.
