Hi vintage lovers,
Well, I’m back after a wonderful time in the UK at the V&A learning about fashion curating (more to come on that later) and have just about got over the jet lag so it’s time to get back on track with Circa.
First up, and most importantly – part two of Circa’s downsizing auction. Hundreds, if not thousands of items including my beloved ’50 cake counter and other shop fittings and mannequins. Lots of display pieces: hat stands, racks and baskets but most of all, lots and lots of wonderful vintage fashion from the Victorian era to the ’80s, many of it to be sold in bargain priced lots.
Also lots of vintage fabric, patterns, buttons and buckles, threads, millinery materials etc. I’m a little anguished about selling some of these treasures so I’d like to see them go to good homes.
Here’s the blurb from Steve’s website:
