To accompany the Mannequin Exhibition at the National Trust’s Como House, I’m presenting a series of talks. This one, the first one, will focus on Melbourne fashions of the ’50s whilst the second will be about Melbourne fashions of the ’60s. Both will be illustrated with some of my favourite locally-made couture.

The third one will be more of a workshop, about accessorising and putting an outfit together to create an appropriate look. You can come to any or all and a season ticket is only $70. I’ll make separate posts about the next two, so they appear in the calendar separately.
